A full IT support
MSF requested the support of IT4LIFE for the IT support of their Senegalese office, on a daily basis and during the organization of events. Indeed, IT support was previously done remotely.
Our field of intervention
IT4LIFE is thus responsible for the support for the regional office in Senegal with a person in charge 5 half-days per week and provides IT advice for 3 other MSF entities (Spain, Switzerland and France). Over the past few years, IT4LIFE has taken care of the cabling of the building and the commissioning of internet connections, reporting with MSF headquarters, support for the implementation of various events, particularly for streaming or training during Pediatric Days.
“We requested the support of IT4LIFE as part of the organization of the Pediatric Days 2017 in Dakar, a discussion forum which brought together 250 people of 53 different nationalities and which was followed by streaming by nearly 1,500 people. IT4LIFE's mission was to coordinate the various stakeholders, secure the compatibility of devices, supervise installations, monitor execution and resolve any problems that may arise during these two days.
