Médecins Sans Frontières is an international humanitarian health association, created in 1971 in Paris by doctors and journalists.

For more than forty years, Médecins Sans Frontières has been providing medical assistance to populations whose lives or health are at risk: mainly in the event of armed conflicts, but also during epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters or the exclusion of care.

We asked for the support of IT4LIFE as part of the organization of 2017 Pediatric Days in Dakar, an exchange forum that brought together 250 people from 53 different nationalities and was followed by streaming by nearly 1500 people. IT4LIFE's mission was to coordinate the various stakeholders, secure the compatibility of the devices, supervise the installations, monitor the execution and solve the problems that may occur during these two days. The contribution of the IT4LIFE team was invaluable and greatly contributed to the success of the event. The organizing committee of the Pediatric Days unanimously praised the quality of the advice, the availability, the reactivity, the creativity and the commitment of the staff of IT4LIFE.

Founded in 2009, The Alliance for International Medical Action (ALIMA) networks and strengthens national humanitarian NGOs to implement demanding care projects in both the quality of medicine and the number of patients treated. These projects are part of humanitarian emergencies as well as chronic crisis contexts. The NGO ALIMA is now present in 10 countries and manages about thirty projects with the participation of about 1500 people.
